We want you to love your Snag gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they stay protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
